While not required, a home inspection is a valuable resource for you as a buyer, not only for your negotiations but your peace of mind. A home inspection can alert you of any upfront costs but also uncover any hidden issues that may go overlooked in the buying process.

A Buyers Home Inspection is a full assessment of the home you are interested in purchasing, in alignment with North Carolina Home Inspector Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. You are more than welcome to accompany us during the inspection and ask any questions you may have.

After completion you will receive a summary of your inspection before we leave the property. A full report will be made available to you within 24 hours of the inspection. Our comprehensive written report serves  as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when. Our report can also help you set up a home maintenance program to take care of one of the most significant investments most people make.
