A  Seller’s Pre-Inspection can help you identify and address any potential issues before your home hits the market.  This report will be a valuable tool for you to use as you market your home to buyers, giving them a full scope of your home as they consider their options. 

A Seller's  Pre-Inspection is a full assessment of your property, in alignment with North Carolina Home Inspector Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. You are more than welcome to accompany us during the inspection and ask any questions you may have. After completion you will receive a summary of your inspection before we leave the property. A full report will be made available to you within 24 hours of the inspection.  I am always available before and after the inspection for follow up questions.
